Rainy Days + Seattle Vibes

Charlotte has never felt more like the rainy, serene scene Seattle (Alliteration queen- clearly). All jokes aside, the Queen City has been lacking sunnier days and I'm actually quite okay with that. To take advantage of this weather, I decided to do a OOTD post.
