First Impression Friday: Philosophy 'Purity' Moisturizer Review (Spoiler- I LOVE it)

I'm all about skincare, and when I do wear makeup it's usually a pretty simple routine. This summer I will be sporting a bare face most of the time so that I can work on my hyper-pigmentation, and not have to 'sweat' wiping my sweat!

This brings me to todays FIF. I have heard that the new Philosophy 'Purity' moisturizer is going to be a cult-favorite and cabinet staple. I'm all about skincare and this moisturizer is my new favorite! The claims turn out to be true, and I'm incredibly excited to tell you all who you have GOT to get your hands on this moisturizer this season. (It's not rated 5-stars for no reason!)

Here are the claims:

This moisturizer is packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and natural oils. The shea butter in this formula is incredible for treating blemishes, small skin wounds, and overall packing in your moisture. I personally believe that the shea butter may be one of the main ingredients to be credited for the pore minimization. Another vital ingredient is the meadowfoam seed oil. This oil is one of the main reasons that the product can work the way it does. Like other oils, meadowfoam seed oil is known for its ability to act as an effective barrier to help deliver nutrients deep down into your skin- most moisturizers cannot do that, and we often find ourselves trying to compensate by applying gluttonous amounts of product. Not with Purity though! Just one or two pumps and you're golden.

The pros definitely outweigh the cons, so the Philosophy 'Purity Moisturizer' will continue to be my go-to. It's beyond worth the $$$.
