10 LOW - CAL STARBUCKS DRINKS

Sometimes, picking out a Starbucks beverage can be slightly tedious. Especially when you start to take calories into mind. If you're anything like me, you'll sit there, and solely meditate on if it will taste good if it's under around 200 calories. I decided to play guinea pig recently and taste test around to find the Crème de la Crèmes of health friendly Starbucks sips. Here is the compilation! 

1. Caffe Latte- strong coffee taste, not for the faint of heart
2. Crème Brulee Macchiato- tastes like caramel, you'll barely miss the calories
3. Iced Vanilla Latte- 10/10 would recommend- kind of tastes like a vanilla bean frappe. Easier to drink too.
4. Chai Tea Latte- I personally prefer this iced. Iced drinks burn calories, because your body has to warm itself. Also, it personally tasted better cold. 
5. Caramel Macchiato- Good for the soul, nothing more nothing less
6. Caffe Misto- Bomb if you're into soy milk. Not my fave, but for 63 calories, ya girl can deal. 
7. Fresh Filter Coffee- For the hard core coffee drinker, I always end up adding lots of sugar and milk, so only God knows how many cals I end up consuming 
8. Teavana Shaken Iced Passion Tango Tea- I usually hate fruity flavored teas, but this was pretty decent. The only reason I tried it was because I hit my reward amount and got it for free. Like I said, it ended up tasting good- win win. 
9. Mocha Frappuccino Light Blended Beverage- Tastes literally the same as a full fledged frappucino and you save 260 calories
10. Water- It's good or you, clears skin, detoxes your body and improves mood + it's free!!
