Prepare.

"And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh." - Luke 21:28

You can call me a Bible thumper, a preacher or whatever. However, the topic I'm about to write about has been weighing on me and I have been praying for the right words to say about it. The Rapture. Whether you believe it happens before the apocalypse or after, or even if you don't believe in it at all- it's going to happen.

A lot of things have been happening lately and they are all signs that Jesus is one bus stop away. This is nothing to be scared of- unless you're not saved. Now I know that a lot of people say "Oh, well, bad things have been happening for thousands of years and they said God was coming forever ago." Well, think of it this way- you're thousands of years closer than you were- and obviously that's a lot of time. The Rapture is nothing to play with because what comes after is no playground. I'm not going to get into details on that, but you can always check out the book of Revelation.

Jesus promised that as long as His children try and obey Him and believe in Him, that they are saved. I personally don't listen to anyone who makes it more complicated than that because what I just stated is an inevitable truth that God said Himself in His Word. If you'd like to get saved, say the following and mean it and you have been saved through the power of Jesus Christ. When I got saved, I went by ABC. A- Admit to God that you sin and you are ready to turn away from it and try your hardest. B- Believe Jesus is God's son and that He died on a Cross to save everyone. C- Confess your faith in Jesus.

So, don't be upset or scared when things start to get messy, for this only means Jesus is almost here. Pray up, worship and trust in God and you'll always be safe. God has scripturally promised to "be a wall of fire around us" and that we don't ever have to fear.

stay blessed,
rebecca
